Hi I'm Stacy, thank you for coming!
I have always been a curious being. My curiosity and free spirit have lead me on many beautiful adventures. From the West Coast to the Sonora Desert to an Island to the top of the Rockies. I have been blessed to live in beautiful places and involved in amazing communities. The beautiful people I have met along the way have helped shape my life. I am forever grateful.
For most of my professional career I was a Salon Owner/Hairstylist always creating and holding space for people. My chair was a sanctuary — a place where people felt safe to exhale, to share, to soften, and to rediscover themselves. Helping others feel seen, confident, and empowered has always been my calling.
My relationship with breath began long before I realized it would become one of my life’s passions. I started scuba diving in 1997 and later became a certified Rescue Diver in 2010. Underwater, breath is everything. It teaches you presence, trust, and how to stay calm inside intensity. That wisdom stayed with me.
In 2017, sensing my body wouldn’t allow me to stay behind the chair forever, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training. In 2018, I began practicing Soma Breathwork alongside my salon work — initially for myself. It became my anchor, regulating my nervous system and supporting me physically and emotionally.
After moving to a new town and opening another salon, the physical strain of decades behind the chair began to catch up with me. In January 2025, my body made the decision for me. I had to step away from behind my chair and into stillness.
And in that stillness, I listened.
I chose to fully step into my breathwork training — not just as a practice, but as my path. Breathwork became my healing. It helped me move through grief, identity shifts, and physical recovery. It reminded me that even when something ends, energy is simply redirecting us toward what’s next.
To further my passion for breathwork I enrolled in an online Soma Breath course, which eventually led me to travel for a 7-day immersive, in-person instructor training retreat. During that time, we lived, learned, and practiced together, deeply immersed in the power and science of breathwork. I completed my training and became a certified Soma Breath Instructor.

Today, I weave together four decades of intuitive client work, yoga, diving, travel, and breath to create a space where people can reconnect to themselves. My approach is soulful, grounded, and deeply personal. I meet you where you are, gently guiding you back to your own inner wisdom.
Because breath isn’t just air. It’s energy. It’s awareness. It’s transformation.
And sometimes, one conscious breath is all it takes to begin again.
I am excited to share Breathtrail with you where we can truly change our lives one breath at a time.

xo Stacy
